Apex Solicitors was established in 2008.

MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of Apex Solicitors is to provide the community with quality legal advice and representation, at an affordable cost. We painstakingly adhere to the tenets  of client satisfaction and value for money service.

We strive to anticipate change, create opportunities and solve knotty legal issues. Our work is approached from the perspective of believing  that only the best is good enough for our clients. We strive on dealing with novel legal challenges and applying our expertise to the same. We want to look at every completed legal matter and be satisfied that we have put in our best on behalf of our client.

Partners:

Mr. Adeyemi Bello; He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly University of Ife) in Nigeria in 1991, with a B.A Honours degree in History & Political Science.  He then attended the University of Greenwich in London for his LLB (Law) degree, where he graduated in 1997. 

He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in August 1999. After 3 years of legal practice in various areas of  litigation and commercial work in Nigeria, he returned to the United Kingdom in 2002.  He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2004. In the UK, Mr. Bello has worked for the London Rent Assessment Panel, Her Majesty's Land Registry and the Immigration and Nationality Directorate (Home Office), before going into private practice, where he worked for one of the most reputable law firms in South East London.  He set up Apex Solicitors with Mr. Adewuyi Ariyo in 2008. He is also an accredited Supervisor under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme. He is an experienced advocate who has conducted hundreds of appeals at various levels of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. His areas of practice include Immigration, Asylum & Human Rights, Nationality Law, Conveyancing, Employment Law, Housing Law and Civil Litigation. Mr. Bello can also advise on various aspects of Nigerian law.

Mr Adewuyi Ariyo; He is a graduate with LLB(Law) from the Ogun Sate University of Nigeria.  He also holds a BL (Law) qualification having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999. He also holds a diploma in Mass Communications. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999 and has been practising law in the UK, since 2002, working in various reputable law firms involved in diverse areas of law. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales in February 2005. He is an experienced advocate who has conducted numerous appeals at various levels of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.  His areas of expertise include, Immigration, Asylum & Human Rights, Nationality, Conveyancing, Housing, Family, Criminal and Civil Litigation. He is also an accredited Supervisor under the immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
